Licence managers should forward the following information to spiral.licensing@aveva.com:

  1. User’s Name
  2. User's e-mail
  3. Company Name
  4. Machine Name
  5. Machine Key
  6. Product Name(s)
  7. Expiry Date: Full term or temporary validity period

Finding your licence information within Assay/PMM

  1. Select Manage Licences from the menu options
    2. Manage Licences in Assay/PMM
  2. Select the licence you would like to renew
  3. Click the Mail button
  4. Send to spiral.licensing@aveva.com, with the above information added

Finding your licence information within Suite

  1. Select Manage Licences from the menu options
    2. Manage Licences in Suite
  2. Select the licence you would like to renew
  3. Click the Mail button
  4. Send to spiral.licensing@aveva.com, with the above information added
  5. Repeat for additional licences
